Why is fitness important?

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

That’s what fitness does to you!

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Humans have evolved and become hairless and odor free. How do other races learn about evolution since evolution does not apply to them?

I’m back after a long hiatus.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

Which bands became massively popular for covering songs rather than recording originals?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.
